PRESS RELEASE Private investor acquires 740 kWp solar park through EcofinConcept

Hückelhoven, September 2nd, 2020 – EcofinConcept GmbH, transaction manager and specialist for renewable energy projects, has marketed another solar park to a private investor.

„The successful marketing of the Thuringia 27 project during the Corona period shows very well that German based solar parks can also be operated economically and sustainably in 2020 with careful planning and are attractive to investors, despite the sharp drop in tariffs.“, Said managing directors Christian Sperling and Guido Vieten from EcofinConcept.

The ground mounted system built on a leased property was equipped with crystalline 340 Wp JA solar modules and inverters from the Huawei Sun 2000 series. Long-term product guarantees of 10 years for the solar modules and 5 years for the inverters have been concluded. In addition, there is a 25-year linear performance guarantee for the modules. The 24/7 system monitoring is ensured by an internet-based monitoring system.

Further solar and wind projects and suitable locations are being sought for the expansion of the power plant portfolios.
